AS A REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONAL, with over forty years experience in the Houston, Clear Lake area, Cheryl and Barbara are proud to assist you in your home search! Keeping abreast of current inventory on a daily basis allows home buyers to select a property from all available resources. 

I love my career, but also enjoy reading novels, gardening and spending time with my grandchildren.
My husband and I are the proud owners of Zane a Zulon who is the love of our life.
I am a member of Kinnert, a chapter of Hadassah.
Working with me is my daughter, Cheryl Maultsby.
Cheryl is married to Jim Maultsby and has two children, Derek Rowe and his wife Kristyn and Devon Rowe, who is currently attending college and working with The Barbara Straty Team. 

I have a son Stephen, who lives in Dallas with his wife, Laurie-Jo ,his daughter Caroline who is living in New Your and Claire who is attending Brown University.. And a son Wayne who is married to Becky and their two daughters, Shannon, who lives in Dallas working in finance and Shayne who is married to Ryan Williams and is expecting my first great grand daughter.WHETHER YOU ARE RELOCATING across town or across the nation, my responsibility is to provide excellent service, honesty and integrity to all those I represent. 

WORKING WITH BARBARA is her daughter, CHERYL MAULTSBY, a licensed realtor who grew up in the business. Cheryl is married to Jim Maultsby and has two children, Derek and Devon. They are the proud grandparents of Carter Rowe. Cheryl enjoys golfing, boating, traveling and is involved in many community activities. Cheryl and Jim are members of Bay Oaks Country Club and South Shore Harbour Country Club. Cheryl serves on the Board of Governors at Bay Oaks, on the Advisory Board of the Lunar Rendezvous Festival and is actively involved with the Bay Area Museum.
